Most assets are delivered in 1–3 working days. More complex tasks may take longer—we’ll flag these in the portal with estimated timings.

All requests happen through a client portal using a Kanban-style board. You can brief us, upload assets, give feedback, and track progress—async and efficient. Use Loom for extra clarity anytime.
We’ll revise until it’s right. You can request as many revisions as needed, all included in your plan.
You can queue up unlimited requests. Depending on your plan, we actively work on 1–2 tasks at a time.
All plans are month-to-month. You can pause for up to 30 days at no cost, or cancel anytime—no long-term contracts.
We animate based on your team’s designs and brand guidelines. Original design, illustration, or character work isn’t included (unless you're on a plan that adds this—coming soon).
Think: social posts, product UI motion, animated icons, explainer components, data viz, interactive animations, brand motion—anything short-form and motion-focused.
We don’t do long-form video (e.g. 90s+ explainers), rigged character animation, or full 3D. Original illustration is also excluded unless otherwise noted.
We work in After Effects, Rive, and Cavalry—covering most 2.5D motion needs. Some light 3D is possible inside these tools.
